Hiatus

Our blog ambitions took a small break from the cyber world, but we are happy to say we are back!

The Pear Tree is getting ready to stock up our store with Vintage and Upcycled home goods as well as starting to add vintage inspired Mens, Womens, and Children apparel. {I might add there are some items with either Free Shipping or Reduced Pricing!}

On our blog, we would like any of you out there to send us any of your before & after photos from home projects, redecorating, art projects, anything! As for today; November is here!.. Time to take down the ghosts & ghouls and replace them with cornucopias and pilgrims. There is something magical about this month to me. Maybe it's the cool crisp air, the smell of fall, or the fact that it's the beginning of the holidays. Time for families and friends; turkey and pie!

Vintage Womens Gloves

These sweet, tiny gloves are in great condition! They come from only one previous owner who orginally purchased them in the mid 1940's. She obviously loved and cared for them. They are very small gloves. The size inside says 7, but they were defiantly made for the petite hand.These gloves could be worn or used for display. Vintage Hard Case Suitcase

This vintage hard case suitcase is in fairly good condition. The outside is a nice aqua color with a few dings and scratches. The metal locks do work {no keys, but easily locked & unlocked with small object}. The inside is a soft pink satin material. The fabric on the inside does have some damage. Nothing horrible, but noticeable. There is also initials written with black marker inside.
